Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 bottle Beer 12 oz
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Pour in the beer and mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the batter.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes:

This bread is best served warm with a bit of butter.
