Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs separated
  • 3 tablespoons Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar substitute

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, and sugar substitute until smooth.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6-8 rounds.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
