Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked fish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Flake the smoked fish into a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder.
  • Mix well until combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve chilled with crackers or veggies.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or some chopped jalapeños.
