Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip the chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
6. Toss the fried chicken in buffalo sauce until well coated.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes:
For extra crispy wings, double fry the chicken pieces.
