Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, boneless and skinless cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Dip the chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  • 4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 5. Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
  • 6. Toss the fried chicken in buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes:

For extra crispy wings, double fry the chicken pieces.
