Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pc Zucchini cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Red Onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. Thread the zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.
  • 3. Brush the veggies with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  • 4. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
  • 5. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like mushrooms or cherry tomatoes.
