Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Fresh Fish sliced thinly

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  • 2. Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat.
  • 3. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori.
  • 4. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and fish slices on top of the rice.
  • 5. Roll the bamboo mat to form the sushi roll, applying gentle pressure.
  • 6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.

Notes:

Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
