Instructions:
1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half.
2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
3. Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for extra crunch.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
Notes:
For best results, freeze the breaded mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes before frying to prevent cheese from oozing out.
