Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 sticks Mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half.
  • 2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  • 3. Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for extra crunch.
  • 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 5. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  • 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce.

Notes:

For best results, freeze the breaded mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes before frying to prevent cheese from oozing out.
