Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 3 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 lb Mixed Seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  • 4. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  • 5. Add the mixed seafood and cook until just done.
  • 6. Stir in the heavy cream and heat through without boiling.
  • 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
