Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the green beans, corn, salt, pepper, and thyme. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
