Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste. You can also add more vegetables like corn or zucchini.
