Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  • 2. Add the butternut squash and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the squash is tender.
  • 3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  • 4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

This soup can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
