Instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the butternut squash and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the squash is tender.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
