Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Peas cooked
  • 1 cup Carrots diced and cooked
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and let cool.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, chicken, peas, and carrots.
  • 3. Add the mayonnaise and mustard, then mix well.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

This salad is best served cold and can be a great side dish or a main course.
