Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, and honey.
  • Slowly add olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
