Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits cooked and crumbled

Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a healthier option, you can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
