Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra crunch.
