Ingredients:  

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly at the bottom.
  • 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  • 3. Next, add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  • 4. Add a layer of sliced cucumber.
  • 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the cucumber.
  • 6. Add a layer of bacon bits.
  • 7. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Spread this dressing evenly over the top layer.
  • 8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or red onions for extra flavor.
