Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, red onion, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and vinegar.
  • 3. Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  • 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other ingredients like diced bell peppers, peas, or shredded carrots for extra flavor and color.
