Instructions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, red onion, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and vinegar.
3. Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix until well combined.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other ingredients like diced bell peppers, peas, or shredded carrots for extra flavor and color.
