Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Warm the roast beef in the beef au jus.
3. Slice the kummelweck rolls and spread horseradish on the bottom half.
4. Pile the warm roast beef on the rolls and top with the other half of the roll.
5. Serve with extra au jus for dipping.
Notes:
For a more authentic experience, use freshly made kummelweck rolls.
