Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast beef thinly sliced
  • 4 Kummelweck rolls
  • 1 cup Beef au jus
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. Warm the roast beef in the beef au jus.
  • 3. Slice the kummelweck rolls and spread horseradish on the bottom half.
  • 4. Pile the warm roast beef on the rolls and top with the other half of the roll.
  • 5. Serve with extra au jus for dipping.

Notes:

For a more authentic experience, use freshly made kummelweck rolls.
