Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles any flavor
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 3. Add the milk and bring to a simmer.
  • 4. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
  • 5. Add the cooked ramen noodles back into the pot and mix well to coat with the cheese sauce.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked veggies or protein like chicken or tofu for a more filling meal.
