Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Preferably ciabatta or sourdough
  • 4 slices Cheese Mozzarella or your choice
  • 4 slices Tomato Thinly sliced
  • 1 handful Basil Fresh leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For brushing

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your panini press.
  • 2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  • 3. Layer cheese, tomato, and basil on the un-oiled side of two bread slices.
  • 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side out.
  • 5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • 6. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add other ingredients like ham or pesto for extra flavor.
