Preferably ciabatta or sourdough

Mozzarella or your choice

Tomato
Thinly sliced

Fresh leaves

Olive Oil
For brushing
Instructions:
1. Preheat your panini press.
2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
3. Layer cheese, tomato, and basil on the un-oiled side of two bread slices.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side out.
5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
6. Serve immediately.
Notes:
Feel free to add other ingredients like ham or pesto for extra flavor.
