lemon juice

chopped chives
Salt and pepper

hot dog buns

butter
melted
Lettuce leaves

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
Brush the inside of the buns with melted butter and toast them until golden brown.
Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
Optionally, add lettuce leaves before adding the lobster mixture.
Notes:
Best served fresh.
