Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Lettuce leaves optional

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the inside of the buns with melted butter and toast them until golden brown.
  • Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
  • Optionally, add lettuce leaves before adding the lobster mixture.

Notes:

Best served fresh.
