Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Push the vegetables to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  • Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes:

For best results, use day-old rice as it is less sticky.
