Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette split lengthwise
  • 200 g Pork grilled and sliced
  • 1 cup Pickled Vegetables carrots and daikon
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 handful Cilantro fresh
  • 1 piece Cucumber sliced
  • 1 piece Jalapeno sliced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Split the baguette lengthwise and lightly toast it.
  • 2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the baguette.
  • 3. Layer the grilled pork slices on the baguette.
  • 4. Add pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, and jalapeno slices.
  • 5. Drizzle soy sauce over the fillings.
  • 6. Top with fresh cilantro and close the sandwich.
  • 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
