Instructions:
1. Split the baguette lengthwise and lightly toast it.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the baguette.
3. Layer the grilled pork slices on the baguette.
4. Add pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, and jalapeno slices.
5. Drizzle soy sauce over the fillings.
6. Top with fresh cilantro and close the sandwich.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
