Large onion, thinly sliced

Green bell pepper, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
3. Push veggies to the side, add sliced steak, and cook until browned.
4. Season with salt and pepper, mix everything together.
5. Place provolone cheese on top of the mixture, let it melt.
6. Toast hoagie rolls, then fill with the steak mixture.
Notes:
For extra flavor, add some sautéed mushrooms or a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
