Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 unit Large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 units Hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  • 3. Push veggies to the side, add sliced steak, and cook until browned.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper, mix everything together.
  • 5. Place provolone cheese on top of the mixture, let it melt.
  • 6. Toast hoagie rolls, then fill with the steak mixture.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add some sautéed mushrooms or a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
