Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 Green Apple cored and chopped
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • 2. Blend until smooth.
  • 3. Strain the juice if desired.
  • 4. Serve immediately.
