Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Rub the mixture all over the turkey, making sure to get under the skin and inside the cavity.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to brown.
Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, marinate the turkey overnight in the refrigerator.
