Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 6 pieces Pepperoncini Peppers

Instructions: 

  • Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  • Place the butter on top of the roast.
  • Add the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Shred the meat and serve with the juices.

Notes:

This pot roast is perfect for a cozy family dinner. Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice.
