Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • 1 Lettuce optional
  • 1 Tomato optional
  • 1 Onion optional

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • 4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  • 5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  • 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  • 7. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and any other desired toppings.
