pie crusts (2 crusts)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice.
Place one pie crust in a pie dish. Pour in the blackberry mixture.
Cover with the second crust, seal edges, and cut slits on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
Notes:
Best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
