Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
  • 3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Test the jam by placing a small amount on a chilled plate. If it wrinkles when pushed, it's ready.
  • 5. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal immediately.

Notes:

Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.
