Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Test the jam by placing a small amount on a chilled plate. If it wrinkles when pushed, it's ready.
5. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
Notes:
Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.
