Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions: 

  • Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 190°F (88°C).
  • Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  • Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth to remove any excess liquid.
  • Store the mascarpone cheese in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes:

Use fresh lemon juice for best results.
