Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Strawberries washed and dried
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Skewer the strawberries.
  • 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves and mixture reaches 300°F (150°C).
  • 3. Quickly dip skewered strawberries into the sugar mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool.

Notes:

Be careful with the hot sugar mixture as it can cause burns.
