Instructions:
1. Skewer the strawberries.
2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves and mixture reaches 300°F (150°C).
3. Quickly dip skewered strawberries into the sugar mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool.
Notes:
Be careful with the hot sugar mixture as it can cause burns.
