all-purpose flour

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter for the crust. Add ice water and mix until dough forms. Divide into two discs and refrigerate.
Roll out one disc of dough and place in a pie dish. Add apple slices, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Roll out the second disc of dough and place over the filling. Seal edges and cut slits on top for steam to escape.
Bake for 45-60 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Let it cool before serving.
Notes:
For best results, use a mix of tart and sweet apples.
