Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and mashed
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions: 

  • Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  • Stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Increase heat to high, and bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
  • Boil, stirring often, until the mixture reaches 220°F (105°C).
  • Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
  • Ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  • Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

Notes:

Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.
