Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish.
Pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.
Arrange the peach slices evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
