Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Chorizo diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add diced chorizo and cook until it starts to brown.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • 4. Pour the eggs into the skillet with the chorizo and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set.
  • 5. Serve hot.

Notes:

For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk to the eggs before whisking.
