Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Place butter in a cast iron skillet and put it in the oven until the butter is melted and bubbling.
Pour the batter into the hot skillet and return it to the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes:
Top with powdered sugar, fresh berries, or a squeeze of lemon juice.
