Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 7 g Dry yeast
  • 400 ml Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and dry yeast.
  • 2. Gradually add water and mix until you get a sticky dough.
  • 3. Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
  • 4. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  • 5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  • 7. Let it cool before slicing.

Notes:

For a crispier crust, you can spray water into the oven during the first 10 minutes of baking.
