Warm water
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
Add the vegetable oil and warm water. Mix until the dough comes together.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown spots appear.
Keep the cooked tortillas warm in a towel until ready to serve.
Notes:
These tortillas are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
