Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 cups water

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • 2. Gradually add water while stirring until a dough forms.
  • 3. Knead the dough lightly and shape into a flat round.
  • 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the dough for about 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Notes:

Serve warm with butter or jam.
