Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the beef and cook until browned.
3. Blend tomatillos, garlic, jalapeño, and water until smooth. Pour into the pot.
4. Add the cooked bacon, pinto beans, and chopped onion. Simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes:
Serve with warm tortillas and lime wedges.
