Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 package Tofu cubed
  • 3 tablespoons Miso Paste
  • 1 sheet Nori cut into strips
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  • 2. Add tofu and reduce heat to a simmer.
  • 3. Dissolve miso paste in a small amount of hot water, then add to the pot.
  • 4. Add nori strips and green onions. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add dashi stock.
