Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the kidney beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
