Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Add the kidney beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste.
