Ingredients:  

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed Greens washed and dried
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Feel free to add your favorite salad toppings like nuts, seeds, or cheese.
