Butter

Instructions:
Mix the tuna and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
Top with tuna mixture and cheese slices.
Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Notes:
Serve with a side of pickles or chips for a complete meal.
