marinara sauce

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
In a skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the cooked meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place meatballs and sauce into split hoagie rolls. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
