Mustard
Instructions:
Preheat the panini press.
Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
Spread mustard on both halves of the bread.
Layer the ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of the bread.
Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich.
Grill the sandwich in the panini press until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
Slice the sandwich into portions and serve hot.
Notes:
For an authentic touch, use Cuban bread if available. If not, a good quality French or Italian bread will work.
