Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Cuban bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 4 slices Roast pork
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced
  • 2 tbsp Mustard

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the panini press.
  • Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
  • Spread mustard on both halves of the bread.
  • Layer the ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich.
  • Grill the sandwich in the panini press until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
  • Slice the sandwich into portions and serve hot.

Notes:

For an authentic touch, use Cuban bread if available. If not, a good quality French or Italian bread will work.
