Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 All-beef hot dogs
  • 4 Poppy seed hot dog buns
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onions
  • 4 Tomato wedges
  • 4 Pickle spears
  • 4 Sport peppers
  • 1 tsp Celery salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. Grill the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are heated through and have grill marks.
  • 3. While the hot dogs are grilling, lightly toast the buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Place each hot dog in a bun and add mustard, relish, onions, tomato wedges, pickle spears, sport peppers, and a sprinkle of celery salt.

Notes:

Do not add ketchup; it's not traditional for a Chicago-style hot dog.
