Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are heated through and have grill marks.
3. While the hot dogs are grilling, lightly toast the buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
4. Place each hot dog in a bun and add mustard, relish, onions, tomato wedges, pickle spears, sport peppers, and a sprinkle of celery salt.
Notes:
Do not add ketchup; it's not traditional for a Chicago-style hot dog.
