Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Rye bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut drained
  • 1/4 cup Russian dressing
  • 8 oz Corned beef thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter softened

Instructions: 

  • 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • 2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Layer each slice with Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
  • 4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  • 5. Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a crispier sandwich, use a panini press.
