Instructions:
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer each slice with Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
5. Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
For a crispier sandwich, use a panini press.
