Instructions:
Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
Add the hibiscus flowers, cinnamon stick, and ginger slices to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes:
Adjust the sweetness to your liking. You can also add a splash of lime juice for extra flavor.
